摘要
某钢厂采用转炉→LF精炼→连铸的工艺流程生产1215易切削钢。对不同批次、不同流数的铸坯中全氧、氮含量及显微夹杂物形貌成分进行系统分析。结果显示:钢中[O]含量较高,氧化物夹杂与硫化物夹杂能形成复杂化合物,其形状多为球形或纺锤形,有助于改善钢材切削性能;但钢中[O]含量高,会引起铸坯质量缺陷,要注意改善保护渣成分,优化工艺参数,提高铸坯质量。
The 1215 free-cutting steel is produced in the process of converter →LF refining →continuous casting in a steel mill. The oxygen and nitrogen contents and the micro-inclusions morphology in slags with different batches and different flow numbers were systematically analyzed. The results show that the content of [O] in the steel is high, the inclusions of oxides and sulfide inclusions can form complex compounds, and the shapes of the inclusions are mostly spherical or spindle-shaped, which helps to improve the machinability of steel. However, high [O] content in steel will lead to slab quality defects, so we should pay attention to improve the composition of flux,optimize process parameters, and improve the quality of slab.
