摘要
对某钢厂生产的37Mn5钢种各工序中全氧、氮含量及显微夹杂物含量分布进行了分析。结果表明,LF精炼后,钢中全氧含量比静吹前降低30.52%,显微夹杂物含量降低16%,LF精炼效果明显;根据示踪实验,铸坯中含La元素夹杂物占52.54%,含Ce元素夹杂物占71.18%,含K、Na的显微夹杂物占65.65%,转炉出钢、中间包及结晶器浇注过程中均存在卷渣;浇注过程存在严重的二次氧化。做好保护浇注、提高浇注水平是提高37Mn5钢质量的重要手段。
The contents of the oxygen, nitrogen and micro inclusions under each process in the steel 37Mn5 from a certain steel plant were analyzed. The results show that the total oxygen content in the steel decreases by 30.52% after LF refining,and the content of micro inclusions reduces by 16%, indicating the effect of LF refining is obvious. The tracer experiments show that the numbers of La, Ce and K and Na in total micro inclusions are 52.54%, 71.18% and 65.65%, respectively.Slag entrapment all exist in the process of converter steel, tundish and casting mold, and there is serious secondary oxidation phenomenon in pouring process. So the protective pouring and improving pouring presses are necessary to improve the quality of the steel 37Mn5.
