摘要
探讨了制造马口铁三片罐的150吨BOF→LF→CC工艺流程钢中T[O]、[N]含量和显微夹杂形态的演变规律。结果表明:正常坯平均T[O]含量为29.8×10-4%,[N]含量18.1×10-4%。铸坯中显微夹杂主要为Al_2O_3-Ca O复合夹杂、Al_2O_3-Ca S复合夹杂和少量的Si O_2夹杂,正常坯显微夹杂平均含量为8.35个/mm2,非稳态铸坯显微夹杂分别为9.78个/mm2、17.81个/mm2、14.39个/mm2,铸坯显微夹杂物含量仍然偏高,其生产工艺仍须改进之处。
The evolvement law of T[O] and [N] content and micro-inclusions pattern under the process flow of 150 t BOF→LF→CC which can make sanitary tinplate was investigated. The result show that the content of T[O] and [N] are 29.8×10-4% and 18.1 ×10-4% respectively in the normal billet. The main micro-inclusions are Al_2O_3-Ca O complex inclusions,Al_2O_3-Ca S complex inclusions and few inclusions of Si O_2. The average content of micro-inclusions in the normal billet is8.35/mm~2. The contents of micro-inclusions in unsteady state are 9.78/mm2, 17.81/mm2, 14.39/mm~2, respectively. The content of the micro-inclusions is high in the process flow and the production process still need improved.
