雷公藤多甙联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗IgA肾病的临床分析

摘要
目的观察分析雷公藤多甙联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法我院2016年10月-2017年10月收治的64例IgA肾病患者为研究对象,按照是否应用雷公藤多甙联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗将所有患者均分为实验组(32例)与对照组(32例),对照组患者单纯应用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,实验组患者在对照组用药基础上联合雷公藤多甙治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果实验组患者疾病控制率为93.8%,高于对照组,χ~2=5.792,P<0.05.实验组患者不良反应发生率为9.4%,与对照组相比,χ~2=5.006,P>0.05。结论对于IgA肾病患者应用雷公藤多甙联合小剂量糖皮质激素疗效显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with low dose glucocorticoid in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods In October-2017 October 2016, 64 patients with IgA nephropathy were treated as subjects. According to the use of Tripterygium wilfordii combined with small dose of glucocorticoid treatment, all patients were divided into experimental group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases). The control group was treated with small dose of glucocorticoid, and the experimental group was in the control group. Based on the combination of tripterygium glycosides treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The rate of disease control in the experimental group was 93.8%, which was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction was 9.4% in χ~2=5.792 and P<0.05. experimental group, compared with the control group, χ~2=5.006, P>0.05. Conclusions Tripterygium wilfordii combined with low dose glucocorticoid is effective in patients with IgA nephropathy.
