摘要
本文针对余热锅炉换热系统发生大量积灰的问题,探讨了挥发分焚烧后烟气的流经管路及余热锅炉换热系统积灰的形成原因,以及积灰腐蚀换热面过程中的影响因素,并提出了相应的防控措施。
For a large number of ash fouling problems occur in heat exchange system of waste heat boiler, the flue gas flowing through the pipeline after the incineration of the volatile, the formation reason of the ash fouling of the heat exchange system of the waste heat boiler, and the factors in the process of ash fouling eroding the heat transfer surface were discussed, and the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward.
