摘要
苦瓜是江西省蔬菜产业的重要种类之一,但其产量和品质受到枯萎病的严重影响。该病害是由尖孢镰刀菌侵染引起的一种土传维管束病害。目前,化学药剂防治是主要的防治方法,但化学防治易产生环境污染、农药抗性及农药残留等问题。笔者综述了苦瓜枯萎病的发病规律、抗性鉴定、致病机制、农业防治和生物防治等方面的研究进展,针对目前存在的问题提出进一步的研究方向,以期为苦瓜枯萎病抗性育种提供参考。
        Bitter gourd(Momordica charantia L.) is one of the most important crops in Jiangxi province, however, their yield and quality has been seriously limited by infection of Fusarium wilt. This soil-borne vascular disease is difficult to control. It can be resolved by treatment with chemical fungicide, but the use of this approach to treatment may also produce environmental pollution. The occurrence regulation,pathogenesis mechanism, identification technology in bitter gourd, control methods of this disease are reviewed, and the future research is also prospected, which will contribute to breeding fusarium wilt-resistant bitter gourd.
