摘要
目的:研究不同栽培模式对当归产量及阿魏酸含量的影响,为筛选当归高效栽培模式提供参考。方法:采用大田小区试验,阴干称重测定当归产量;阿魏酸含量采用HPLC法测定。结果:当归产量及阿魏酸含量均以大棚栽培为最高,其次为黑色地膜覆盖。结论:采用地膜覆盖栽培及大棚栽培均有利于当归产量形成及阿魏酸积累。
objective:The effects of different cultivation mode on yield and ferulic acid content of Angelica sinensis were studied,providing references for the selection of high efficient cultivation mode of A. sinensis. Methods:Adopting the field and plot experiment, measuring the yield by weighing air-dried roots of A. sinensis and determining the ferulic acid content by HPLC. Results:Plastic greenhouse cultivation got the highest yield and ferulic acid content,followed by black film mulching.Conclusion: Adopting the plastic film cultivation and plastic greenhouse cultivation were better for yield formation and accumulation of ferulic acid in A. sinensis.
