摘要
低温下将甲壳素直接溶于8%NaOH/4%尿素水溶液,以氯乙酸为原料,依据醚化反应原理均相合成了一系列的羧甲基甲壳素.通过IR和1H NMR对产品进行了表征,并探讨了羧甲基甲壳素吸湿保湿性能.结果表明:在均相条件下成功制备了羧甲基甲壳素;且羧甲基的成功引入和多糖分子量对改善羧甲基甲壳素的吸湿保湿性能有着重要作用.在相对湿度为43%时吸湿率为17%,在干燥条件下保湿率为37%.该化合物具有较好的吸湿保湿性能.
        Chitin is dissolved directly in 8% NaOH/4% urea aqueous solution at low temperature.Carboxymethyl chitin(CMC) was synthesized using chloroacetic acid as etherifying agent.The products were characterized by1 H NMR and FT-IR.The hygroscopicity and moisture retention properties of carboxymethyl chitin were also investigated.The results showed that CMC was successfully prepared in NaOH/urea aqueous solution.Carboxymethyl groups and molecular weight play an important role in improving the hygroscopicity and moisture retention properties of CMC.The moisture absorption rate was 17% when the relative humidity was 43%,and the moisture retention rate was 37% under dry conditions.The products had good hygroscopicity and moisturizing properties,and could be applied to cosmetics.
