心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及效果的影响分析

摘要
目的研究心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及效果的影响,为临床提供指导。方法选取2017年10月～2018年12月本院老年高血压患者40例。按照随机法分为试验组(n=20)与对照组(n=20)。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受常规护理联合心理护理干预,对比两组治疗依从性、血压水平。结果试验组治疗依从性、血压水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理干预应用于老年高血压患者临床治疗中,能够使患者治疗依从性不断提高,且保证血压稳定,全面增强临床治疗疗效,临床推广应用价值明显。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on treatment compliance and effect of elderly patients with hypertension,and to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods 40 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from October 2017 to December2018 were selected.According to the random method,they were divided into experimental group(n=20) and control group(n=20).The control group received routine nursing,while experimental group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention.The treatment compliance and blood pressure levels of two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance and blood pressure level of experimental group were better than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can improve the compliance of patients,ensure the stability of blood pressure,comprehensively enhance the curative effect of clinical treatment,and the clinical application value is obvious.
