重庆市农村校园足球特色学校现状调查与对策

摘要
校园足球特色学校作为国家"四位一体"系统推进校园足球的重要支柱之一,而农村校园足球特色学校发展直接影响我国校园足球覆盖面.采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、田野调查法,对重庆农村中学足球特色学校发展现状进行调查.研究表明:由于学校自主发展程度较低,农村校园足球特色学校整体处于严重失衡状态,体现为校领导不重视足球教育、足球场地与器材匮乏、校园足球结构失衡与功能虚化等.建议依法强化对农村校园足球特色学校足球场地与器材投入与监督、强化对校长和教师对本校校园足球教育工作的认同和重视农村校园足球特色学校的标本治理,促进农村中学校园足球特色学校的良性发展.
School football featured school as one of the important pillars of the national "four in one" system to promote campus football, and the development of rural school football characteristic schools directly affects the coverage of China's school football. The literature data method, questionnaire survey method and field survey method were used to investigate the development status of Chongqing rural middle school football characteristic schools. The research shows that due to the low level of independent development of the school, the school schools in rural middle schools are in a state of serious imbalance,which means that the school leaders do not pay attention to football education, football field and equipment shortage, school football structure imbalance and function blur. It is recommended to strengthen the investment and supervision of football field and equipment in rural middle school football schools in accordance with the law, strengthen the recognition of the principals and teachers on the school football education work of the school, and attach importance to the specimen management of rural middle school football characteristic schools, and promote the rural middle school football characteristic school.
