摘要

介绍了一种炮弹自动拆解系统,能够完成中口径多种型号炮弹的自动拆解,并详细介绍了自动拆解系统的拆解工艺、机械结构及控制系统。自动拆解系统能实现完全无人化操作,提高报废炮弹的拆解效率,降低工人的劳动强度,并能避免拆解过程对人身的安全威胁。
        A type of automatic dismantling system of shells is introduced, which can complete the automatic dismantling of various types of shells in medium and small diameters. And the disassembly process, mechanical structure and control system of this automatic disassembly system are introduced. The automatic disassembly system can realize unmanned operation, improve the dismantling efficiency of scrapped shells, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and avoid the safety threat of the dismantling process.
