植物状态患儿的分步促醒-康复法

摘要
儿童康复科接收的植物状态及持续植物状态患儿越来越多,依据从医十余年的临床经验,总结出一套行之有效、易于掌握、便于推广的适用于该类患儿的分步促醒-康复法,便于儿童康复的临床工作者掌握,规避不必要的弯路,最大限度地带给每位患儿同质化的优质医疗服务,为该类患儿康复治疗临床路径做出初探。
Children in the Rehabilitation Department receive more and more children with vegetative state and continous vegetative state. Basing on more than ten years clinical experience, authors have summarized a set of step-by-step awakening-rehabilitation method, which are effective, easy to grasp, and convenient to promote application on such disease. These rehabilitation methods are convenient for clinicians engaged in children's rehabilitation to avoid unnecessary detours, provide high quality medical care for each child, and make preliminary study on the clinical rehabilitation treatment for such children.
