拉克替醇散应用在肠镜检查前肠道准备160例的疗效

摘要
目的:观察拉克替醇散用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的临床效果。方法:选择2017年10月—2018年2月在本院消化内镜中心行结肠镜检查的患者480例,采用随机数字表的方法,随机分试验组(A组)、对照组(B组)和对照组(C组),每组160例,A组在检查前1晚及检查当日4 h内服用拉克替醇散240 g进行肠道准备,B组在检查前1晚及检查当日4 h内服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散4包,C组在检查前1晚及检查当日3 h内服用50%硫酸镁溶液120 mL。观察3组患者结肠镜检查时肠道准备结果,包括肠道清洁程度、患者不良反应发生情况、检出率及舒适度。结果:所有患者均完成肠道准备,结肠镜检查到达回盲部,肠道清洁度与息肉检出率方面A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),明显优于C组(P <0. 05),不良反应、舒适度方面A组明显优于B组、C组(P均<0. 05)。结论:短时间内服用拉克替醇散240 g可用于肠道准备,在肠道清洁度方面明显优于50%硫酸镁,并能减少不良反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of lactitol powder in the bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods: A total of 480 patients undergoing colonoscopy during October 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A,B and C( n = 160 for each group). Group A was treated with lactitol powder 240 g orally for bowel preparation at night before the day and in 4 h on the day of colonoscopy,Group B was treated with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 4 packages orally at night before the day and in 4 h on the day of colonoscopy,Group C was treated with 50% magnesium sulphate 120 mL orally at night before the day and in 3 h on the day of colonoscopy. The results of bowel preparation during colonoscopy were observed,including the degree of intestinal cleanliness,the incidence of adverse effect,the detection rate of lesion and the degree of comfort. Results: All patients finished bowel preparation,and colonoscopy reached the patient's ileocecal junction,There was no statistical difference between group A and group B in the degree of intestinal cleanliness and the detection rate of colorectal polyps( P > 0. 05),but group A was much better than group C( P < 0. 05),and group A was much better than group B and group C in the incidence of adverse effect and the degree of comfort( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Short-term administration of 240 g lactitol powder can be used for bowel preparation.Lactitol powder is significantly better than 50% magnesium sulfate in intestinal cleanliness,and can reduce adverse reactions.
