摘要
在数字化的背景下,借助于采样时钟和输入信号之间的时钟游标效应以及模数转换器的量化误差抑制技术,该文提出了一种先进的直接数字测量原理。以此原理设计了一款针对精密晶体振荡器的精密频率改正器,用于解决精密石英晶体振荡器老化和自身频率准确度的变化问题。相比传统的频率合成器宽范围频率调节,其不同之处在于采用非标准频率的晶体振荡器作为参考,通过频率改正功能实现标准的频率输出,其输出信号的频率范围明显要窄的多,同时可以实现秒级稳定度小于3×10~(-12),以及10~(-11)量级的微小频率改正。
        This paper presents a new method which uses the clock cursor feature between the sample clock and input signal and ADC quantization error suppression techniques under the background of the digital. On this basis, a precision frequency adjustment for crystal oscillator is designed for improving the long-term aging and the change of the frequency accuracy of traditional precision quartz crystal oscillator. Compared with most of the traditional frequency synthesizers generating certain step frequency signal in a large range, the main difference is that the device takes the non-standard frequency signal of crystal oscillator as a reference to realize standard frequency signal output through frequency adjustment function. Meanwhile, the output signal is obviously narrower in range, but of higher precision, which can realize the second stability of less than 3×10~(-12) and a small frequency correction of 10~(-11) orders of magnitude.
