摘要
本文采用铸造模拟分析技术,以Ni合金为例,采用建模软件UG建立模型,应用模拟软件ProCAST进行模拟,通过改变铸造参数,观察改变Ni合金铸造工艺参数后的输出结果变化,分析其对缩孔状态的影响趋势,从而指导实际生产工艺优化,确定最优工艺方案。
In this paper, the casting simulation analysis technology is used. Taking Ni alloy as an example, the model is established by UG and simulated by ProCAST. By changing casting parameters, the change of output results after changing casting parameters of Ni alloy is observed, and its influence trend on shrinkage state is analyzed, so as to guide the actual production process optimization and determine the optimal process plan.
