摘要

论文分析了数字城市向智慧城市转型中有关地下管网的管理发展,提出了智慧管网的管理模式——五维管理体系。同时,对智慧管网实现的技术支撑体系进行了概述,强调了智慧管网对于实现理想智慧城市的重要性和迫切性。在进行智慧城市建设规划时,城市管理者应重视对智慧管网建设的规划和投入。
        The paper discussed the management development of underground pipe network in the transition from digital city to smart city, and put forward the five-dimensional management system of intelligent pipe network. At the same time, it briefly described the technical support system of the intelligent pipe network, and emphasized the importance and urgency of the intelligent pipe network for the realization of the ideal of the smart city. Attention should be paid to the planning and investment in the construction of intelligent pipe networks when planning for smart city construction.
