摘要
介绍了美国用户要求文件(URD)和欧洲核电用户要求文件(EUR)中对于事故后操纵员不干预时间的相关要求,对三代核电设计和安全分析中操纵员不干预时间的相关概念迚行深入讨论。在此基础上,确定了华龙一号反应堆关于操纵员不干预时间的设计原则,并说明华龙一号反应堆为满足不干预时间设计目标所考虑的设计方案。
This paper introduces the URD and EUR requirements for operator response time after accident, and discusses the related concepts of operator action time in the system design and the safety analysis of nuclear power plants of third generation. Based on the discussion, the design principle for operator response time is defined, and the design scheme considered by the HPR1000 reactor to meet the design objective of the non-intervention time is explained.
