摘要
文章介绍了DYECOWIN高温高压染色机无提升滚筒设计、可调试喷嘴、机内液流分布的分液调节装置、智能化运用的4大创新设计。并通过在布种选择、浴比控制、设备的可操作性与智能化应用等方面进行了生产现场的工艺试验和优选。结果表明,DYECOWIN高温高压染色机的应用实现了节能减排及智能化,提升了生产效率和成品的高质量,具有明显的经济效益。
This paper introduced the four innovative designs of DYECOWIN high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine with lifting drum design free, adjustable nozzle, liquid distribution adjustment device for liquid flow distribution and intelligent application. The process test and optimization of the production site were carried out in terms of cloth selection, bath ratio control, operability of the equipment and intelligent application. The results show that the application of DYECOWIN high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine achieves obvious energy-saving and intelligent effect, improves production efficiency and high quality of finished products, which has obvious economic benefits.
