摘要
作为智能车库关键核心部分之一的搬运器,其功能和性能的好坏将直接影响智能车库的可靠运行。通过分析现有搬运器的不足之处,研发设计了一种新型叉梳式液压搬运器,并以其控制传动系统为研究对象建立了数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对系统的稳态特性、动态特性以及频率特性进行分析,验证了设计的合理性、系统运行的平稳性,为后续实物样机的开发提供可靠依据。
The carrier is the key part of the intelligent garage, and the function and performance of carrier will directly affect the reliable operation of the intelligent garage. A new type of fork hydraulic-drive carrier is researched and designed by analyzing the shortcomings of the existing carriers. Meanwhile, taking the controlled drive system for research object, the mathematical model is built stability characteristics,dynamic characteristics and frequency characteristics of the controlled drive system are analyzed by using MATLAB/Simulink. The results verify the rationality of the design and the stationarity of the system, and can provide a reliable basis for the development of actual prototypes.
