摘要
针对尼日尔Agadem油田部分油井地层温度高、开发过程中存在作业漏失问题,研究新型高温油溶性暂堵剂。利用正交实验结果,结合Mintab软件分析,确定了新型抗高温防漏失油层保护修井液配方。该技术抗温能力突破120℃,最高可达160℃,岩心渗透率恢复率达95%,具有抗温、防漏、低损害等特点,突破了现阶段防漏修井液抗温能力不强的瓶颈。
A new high temperature oil soluble temporary plugging agent was developed to solve the problem that there is leakage in some oil wells with high formation temperature in Agadem oilfield,Niger.The formulation of a new type of workover fluid which can can resist high temperature and prevent leakage and protect oil reservoir is determined by means of orthogonal experimental results and Mintab software.The workover fluid has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,leak prevention and low reservoir damage.Its high temperature resistance exceeds 120℃,up to 160℃,and the permeability recovery rate of cores can reach to 95%,which breaks through the bottleneck of the poor high temperature resistance of existing leakproof workover fluids.
