基于现代文献分析老年肺炎用药规律

摘要
目的:基于文献检索探寻治疗老年肺炎的高频中药药物和药类,在此基础上总结老年肺炎的用药规律,为今后临床治疗提供思路与方法。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库1987年至2017年关于老年肺炎的文献,利用SPSS 17.0软件,采用频数分析方法探寻高频药物和药类。结果:共纳入65篇文献的81首方剂。结果显示,清热药、补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药、解表药位居药物归类前5位;甘草、黄芩、苦杏仁、桔梗、鱼腥草居用药频次前5位。结论:本文总结治疗老年肺炎的高频中药及药类符合中医对老年肺炎的病因病机认识,揭示了中医药治疗老年肺炎的用药规律。
Objective:To explore Chinese medicinals and medicinal classes of high-frequency for the treatment of senile pneumonia by using the literature research so as to summarize the prescription law for senile pneumonia and to provide a paradigm and protocol for the clinical treatment in the future. Methods:China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese sci-tech periodical full-text database(VIP) and Wanfang database were searched to retrieve the literature on senile pneumonia from 1987 to 2017,and the obtained data were processed with frequency analysis using SPSS 17.0,to determine the medicinals and medicinal classes of high-frequency. Results:Totally 81 formulas in 65 papers were included for the study. According to the results that heat-clearing,deficiency-supplementing,phlegm-dissolving-cough-reliev ing-panting-calming,urination-promoting-dampness-percolating,exterior-releasing medicinals are medicinal classes of the highest frequency,and Gancao(Radix Liquirit),Huangqin(Radix Astragali),Kuxingren(Amygdalus communis Vas.),Jiegeng(Radix Platycodonis),and Yuxingcao(Houttuynia Cordata Thumb)are medicinals of the highest frequency. Conclusion:The summarized medicinals and medicinal classes of high frequency for senile pneumonia are consistent with the disease cause and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicinen(TCM) for senile pneumonia,and reveal the prescription law of TCM for senile pneumonia.
