摘要
介绍了膜集成技术在山东某石化集团200 m~3/h含盐污水零排放资源化项目中的工程应用情况。该工程通过高低压反渗透、分盐纳滤、均相电驱动膜和离子选择性电驱动膜等膜分离及膜浓缩组合工艺,对高盐废水进行分盐、浓缩和结晶等处理,产淡水和工业盐。运行结果表明:整个工艺安全、可靠、稳定,产水水质良好,回用水TDS的质量浓度约300 mg/L,满足企业的用水要求;结晶盐品质较好,氯化钠和硫酸钠的质量分数分别达到97.5%和98.6%,均分别优于GB/T 5462-2003和GB/T 6009-2014的工业盐二级标准,且杂盐产率小于10%。整体工艺运行费用较低,结晶盐品质较好,实现了高盐废水的资源化回收利用,使石化行业高盐废水的资源化零排放达到经济可行。
The application of membrane integrated technology in a project of 200 m~3/h high salinity wastewater recycling in a petrochemical group in Shandong was introduced. RO, NF, homogeneous membrane and other technologies which used for membrane separation and membrane concentration combined technology were used in this project to separating salt, concentrating water and crystallization of high salinity wastewater, and producing fresh water and industrial salt.The operation results showed that the whole process was safe and reliable with stable operation, and the quality of reuse water and crystal salt was good. The mass fraction of Na Cl and Na_2SO_4 reached 97.5% and 98.6%, which were both superior to industrial salt secondary standard of GB/T 5462-2003 and GB/T 6009-2014, and the carnallite productivity was less than 10%. The whole process had low operation cost, good quality of crystalline salt, and realized resource recycling of high salinity wastewater, which made the high salinity wastewater recycling and with zero discharge to reach the economically feasible.
