摘要
本文论述了目前新常态下在我国地方应用型大学院校里理工类学科教学中现存的师资问题和教学过程中存在的教学内容的问题;从企业和学校双方总结了理工科类教师基层实践锻炼这项内容的实施存在的必要性及面临的问题,进而提出了构建地方高校理工类教师实践锻炼主要有脱产锻炼及兼职锻炼两种主要的锻炼途径及实践锻炼的主要内容,高校教师基层实践将推进未来教师在化工环境的教学内容和形式的发展。
Some problems about faculties and teaching during the teaching process of science and technology in our current applied local colleges were currently discussed. Some problems and the necessity of taking part in practical experiences from the enterprise and the school were proposed. Two new practice ways of off with pay and part-time practice and the meaning and content of practical experiences were suggested. It will drive on the content and forms of teaching of Chemical Engineering and environment for that science and engineering teachers.
