定量分析复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆中的烟酰胺的含量

摘要
目的对复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆进行质量分析。方法采用高效液相色谱法对复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆中的烟酰胺进行定量分析,C_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:0.01mol·L~(-1)硫酸钠溶液(用稀硫酸调pH 4.0)-乙腈(98∶2);流速:1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长262nm,进样量20μL。结果烟酰胺浓度在0.0089～0.1337mg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6);加样平均回收率为99.58%(n=9)。结论本方法专属性强、准确可靠、灵敏度高、简便稳定,可用于烟酰胺的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE A method was established to determine the content of nicotinamide in Compound Trivitamin and Calcium Pantothenate Syrup by HPLC.METHODS An Aichrombond C_(18) column(4.6×150 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consists of sodium sulfate solution(adjusted to pH4.0 with 1 mol·L~(-1) sulfate acid)-acetonitrile(98∶2).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and the detection wavelength was set 262 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship for nicotinamide within the range of 0.0089-0.1337 mg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9999).The Adding sample average recovery rate was 99.58% with RSD 0.4(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is convenient,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to control the quality of Compound Trivitamin and Calcium Pantothenate Syrup.
