摘要
柴油机曲轴结构复杂,刚性大,且技术要求高,因此曲轴的生产加工一直是工程上的一个难点。传统的加工方法通常要经过车、铣、磨等多道工序,加工周期长,加工难度大,工程上开始探究应用激光增材制造技术进行曲轴的加工。激光增材制造技术融合了计算机辅助设计、材料成型与加工等技术,可快速、精密地制造出形状复杂的零件。本文选取了495柴油机作为研究对象,联合采用ABAQUS和MSC.Fatigue软件探究了残余应力、裂纹、圆角等问题对激光增材制造柴油机曲轴疲劳寿命的影响。为激光增材制造在曲轴加工领域应用提供参考。
        The crankshaft of diesel engine has complex structure, large rigidity and high technical requirements, so the production and processing of crankshaft is always a difficult point. Traditional processing methods usually have many processes, such as car, milling, grinding and so on, thus, it has a long processing cycle and is hard to manufacture. The application of laser additive manufacturing on the manufacture of crankshafts. Laser additive manufacturing has integrated computer aided engineering, material forming and processing technology. Thus, it can rapidly and precisely produce complex parts. In this paper, 495 diesel engine crankshaft is selected as the study object, and ABAQUS and MSC.Fatigue software are used to explore the effects of residual stress, cracks, and fillets on the fatigue life of the diesel engine crankshafts manufactured by laser additive manufacturing. It provides reference for laser material addition manufacturing in the field of crankshafts machining.
