摘要
为满足国六排放标准要求,越来越多的柴油机采用闭式曲轴箱通风系统,采用闭式曲轴箱通风系统后,曲轴箱的污染物将经过发动机的进气系统、燃烧系统和后处理系统最后排入到大气中,这些曲轴箱污染物给发动机增压器和后处理器带来了效率和寿命降低的问题,同时也给整机密封性带来了新的挑战,通过采用从概念设计到试验验证的正向设计流程,运用数值模拟和匹配计算的方法,设计了闭式曲轴箱通风系统,开发结果显示,新的系统方案能够解决闭式曲轴箱通风系统带来的问题,为后续国六机型开发提供了一种解决方案。
In order to meet the requirements of CHINA 6 emission standard,closed crankcase ventilation system design is adopted by more and more diesel engines. Using this structure design will result in the blow-by oil mist passing through the intake system,combustion system and exhaust system of the engine,and eventually discharging into the atmosphere. Meanwhile it will lead to low efficiency and short life cycles for engine after-treatment equipments and turbochargers,and bring new challenges to the sealing of the whole machine. Therefore,it is necessary to design a new scheme of crankcase ventilation system called new closed crankcase ventilation system through the concept design and experimental verification. The results show that this new design proposal can solve the above problems and provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up CHINA 6 diesel engine development.
