摘要
通过FIRE软件对某汽油机冷却水套进行计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)分析计算,得到了水套的速度场分布和温度场分布结果,发现冷却水套存在局部区域流速过低、温度梯度过大等问题。针对问题提出了3种优化方案:优化水套结构、改进外部水泵结构、及两者的结合。对3种方案进行计算分析,结果表明,采用第3种优化方案,冷却效果好。
        The computational fluid dynamic( CFD) simulation of a gasoline engine cooling jacket model was done using the FIRE software,and the velocity and temperature distributions of the water jacket were obtained,revealing the problems of low local flow rate and high temperature gradient. Three optimization solutions to the problems were proposed: cooling jacket structure optimization,water pump improvement and the combination of both. A good cooling effectiveness was achieved by the third solution.
