医保经办信息化建设经验探索及思考——基于曲靖市的实践

摘要
曲靖市医保信息系统建设开始于2003年,经过十几年的发展,目前已建成比较完善的覆盖城乡基本医保、包括异地就医的信息系统,成为曲靖医保改革20年中的一项重要成就。本文立足曲靖市信息化建设实践,重点介绍医保信息化建设在助力全民参保、实施智能审核等方面所发挥的作用,并就信息化建设现存的难点进行分析,提出建议。
The construction of Qujing Medical Insurance Information System began in 2003. After more than 10 years of development, a relatively complete information system covering urban and rural basic medical insurance, including medical treatment in diff erent places, has been established, which has become an important achievement in the 20 years of Qujing medical insurance reform. Based on the practice of information construction in Qujing, this paper focuses on the role of medical insurance information construction in helping the whole people to participate in insurance and implementing intelligent auditing, and analyzes the existing diffi culties at present.
