摘要

随着城镇化的不断普及,我国乡村老年人口数量不断增加,乡村养老问题日益突出。针对目前关中乡村人口老龄化、高龄化的现状,文章在大量入户及问卷调研的基础上,通过了解乡村老年人的生活现状、生活需求、行为特点及住宅使用问题,总结归纳乡村老年人居住模式类型和行为模式特点,探讨乡村住宅适老化更新改造设计方法,希望为今后住宅的适老设计提供参考。
        With the continuous popularization of urbanization,the number of elderly people in rural areas in China has been increasing along with the increasingly prominent pension problem of rural area.In view of the current aging problem of Guanzhong rural population,this paper analyzed the living conditions,living needs,behavioral characteristics and residential use of rural elderly on the basis of a large number of households research and questionnaires.At the same time,the characteristics of living mode and behavior pattern of rural aged people would also be summarized accordingly to discuss the design and renovate method of aged people fitting housing.It is hoped to provide reference for the future design of residential buildings.
