摘要
文章研究了影响6082铝合金折弯性能的主要因素,合金组织不均匀是导致合金折弯橘皮甚至开裂的主要原因。调整合金成分及挤压工艺能有效改善合金组织的不均匀性进而改进折弯性能。研究表明,适当增加6082合金成分中Mn、Cr含量能有效减少折弯橘皮现象,采用6082-2合金,铸锭加热温度490℃±5℃,挤压速度4.0m/min±0.5m/min,折弯效果较好,满足客户要求。
The main factors affecting the bending properties of 6082 aluminum alloy are studied in this paper. Nonuniformity of alloy structure is the main cause of bending orange peel and even cracking of the alloy. Adjusting the composition of the alloy and the extrusion process can effectively improve Inhomogeneous alloy structure and the bending properties. The researchs show that: Properly increasing the content of Mn and Cr in the composition of 6082 alloy can effectively reduce the phenomenon of bending orange peel,and also using 6082-2 alloy,the heating temperature of the ingot is 490℃±5℃,the extrusion speed is4. 0 m/min±0.5 m/min. Production of 6082 aluminum profile bending products according to the above process,the profile bending effect is better and can meet the requirements of the customer.
