摘要

在初中生物教学中开展健康教育,强调以人为本、健康第一的教育理念,培养学生健康意识和生活习惯是义务教育培养目标之一,也是生物教学的重要任务。本文结合生物教学实践,分析了八年级学生的健康现状,在教学中渗透健康理念,提出改善初中生亚健康的可行办法。
        To develop health education and to make students learn to live a healthy life are the goal of the compulsory education as well as an important task of biology teaching. At the same time,the idea of people-oriented and health first in biology teaching of junior school also be emphasized. Mainly based on the teacher's practical experience in teaching,and from the analysis of junior middle school students' sub-health status,the aim of this paper is to infiltrate the healthy knowledge and idea,and try to find out the solving strategies to improve the situation of sub-health in junior school students.
