急诊患者抢救过程中急诊护理流程的优化效果

摘要
目的探究急诊患者在抢救过程中急诊护理流程的优化效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月医院接收的100例急诊患者作为本次研究的观察对象。按照随机性的原则平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例患者。采用常规的方法为对照组的急诊患者进行护理,观察组的急诊患者则采用急诊护理流程优化,对比两组急诊患者的护理效果。结果在完成护理之后,观察组患者抢救成功效率和抢救成功率要明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意程度远远高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论将急诊护理流程优化运用在急诊患者的抢救过程中具有显著的效果。
Objective To explore the optimal effect of emergency care process in emergency patients during the rescue process.Methods A total of 100 emergency patients received by the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects for this study.According to the principle of randomness, the observation group and the control group were equally divided into 50 patients in each group.The routine method was used to treat the emergency patients in the control group,emergency patients in the observation group were optimized for emergency care procedures,the nursing effects of the two groups of emergency patients were compared.Results After completion of nursing, the successful rescue efficiency and rescue success rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization of emergency care procedures has a significant effect in the rescue of emergency patients.
