我院PIVAS2017年1～6月不合理医嘱分析

摘要
目的:了解我院PIVAS2017年1~6月不合理医嘱情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用HIS系统对我院PIVAS2017年1~6月医嘱进行统计。结果:共收集医嘱135619份,其中不合理医嘱216份,经统计共收集不合理医嘱216份,其中溶媒选择不合理的96份,给药浓度不合理78份,药品配伍不合理21份,给药频次不合理15份,其他不合理6份。结论:我院PIVAS医嘱存在不合理现象,医院有关部门应予以重视,通过提高工作人员的专业技能和职业素养,从而为用药安全提供可靠保障,减少不合理医嘱。
Objective: To understand the situation of unreasonable doctor's orders in PIVAS from January to June in our hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods: The HIS system was used to collect statistics on PIVAS from January to June in the hospital. Results: A total of 135,619 doctoral orders were collected,of which 216 were unreasonable doctor's orders,the statistics collected a total of 216 cases of unreasonable doctor's orders,of which the solvent selection of 96,the concentration of irrational 78,the drug compatibility unreasonable 21,to Drug frequency unreasonable 15,other unreasonable 6. Conclusion: There are unreasonable phenomena in PIVAS doctor 's hospital,and the relevant departments of the hospital should pay more attention. By improving the professional skills and professional accomplishment of the staff,we can provide reliable guarantee for the safety of medication and reduce the unreasonable medical advice.
