大学生人际适应对自我同一性的影响:有调节的中介效应

摘要
基于资源保存理论,探讨人际适应对大学生自我同一性的影响以及情绪适应和心理资本在其中的作用;构建有调节的中介效应模型,利用问卷调查数据对模型进行验证和分析。结果显示:人际适应对情绪适应、情绪适应对自我同一性均有显著的预测效应;情绪适应在人际适应与自我同一性之间起部分中介作用;心理资本在人际适应与情绪适应的关系中发挥调节作用,即人际适应对情绪适应的影响随着心理资本水平的提高而减弱。研究结果有助于对大学生情绪适应问题和同一性危机进行有效预防和控制。
Based on the conservation of resource theory,this study examined the effects of interpersonal adaptation on college students' ego identity and the role of emotional adaptation and psychological capital therein. A moderated mediating effect model was constructed and proved by the data of questionnaire survey. The results shows that: First,there is a significant predictive effect between interpersonal adaptation and emotional adaptation,emotional adaptation and ego identity. Second,emotional adaptation is found to function as partial mediator between interpersonal adaptation and ego identity. Third,the mediating role of emotional adaptation is moderated by psychological capital,meaning that the effect of interpersonal adaptation on emotional adaptation decreases with the increasing psychological capital. These findings may help effectively prevent and control emotional adaptation as well as ego identity crisis of college students.
