致密耐火浇注料抗爆裂性评价方法的研究

摘要
为了制定合理的耐火浇注料抗爆裂性评价方法,以水泥结合、超低水泥结合、硅溶胶结合和水合氧化铝结合等刚玉质浇注料为研究对象,根据致密耐火浇注料抗爆裂性试验方法的冶金行业标准(YB/T 4117—2003)和不定形耐火材料抗爆裂性试验方法的国际标准(ISO 16334:2013),分别测试试样的抗爆裂温度和内部转变点温度,研究两者对应关系。结果表明:1)水合氧化铝结合刚玉质浇注料在抗爆裂性试验过程中不存在转变点温度,存在转变点温度的几种浇注料其转变点温度和抗爆裂温度之间不存在明确的对应关系。因此,国际标准中转变点温度越低,抗爆裂性越好的观点不成立。2)凡是有转变点温度的浇注料,若爆裂,都是在其内部温度未达到转变点温度之前爆裂。若试样内部温度达到转变点温度后还未爆裂,则一般就不会再发生爆裂了(除了出现裂纹的情况)。因此,测试浇注料的转变点温度也有一定的意义。
        In order to develop a reasonable evaluation standard for resistance to explosive spalling of dense refractory castables,the cement bonded,ultra-low-cement bonded,silica-sol bonded,and hydrated alumina bonded corundum castables were selected as the research objects. According to the metallurgy industry standard YB/T 4117—2003( Test method for explosion resistance of dense refractory castables) and international standard ISO 16334: 2013( Monolithic refractory products—Determination of resistance to explosive spalling),the explosive spalling resistance temperature and transition-point temperature of the specimens were determined and their relationship was studied. The results indicate that( 1) there is no transitionpoint temperature during the explosive spalling test for hydrated alumina bonded corundum castables,and there is no definite relationship between the explosive spalling resistance temperature and the transitionpoint temperature for other castables with the transition-point temperature,so the international standard statement that a low transition-point temperature relates to high resistance to explosive spalling is not right for castables;( 2) for the castables with the transition-point temperature,when the spalling happens,the internal temperature in the castables must be lower than the transition-point temperature; if the internal temperature in the castables has exceeded the transition-point temperature,the castables doesn't spall,in general,it won't spall during the following test( not including cracking); so,it is necessary to determine the transition-point temperature of the castables.
