摘要
某氧化铝厂晶种二段分解过程中,影响晶种沉降槽浮游物高低的因素有很多。本文通过试验,着重从矿石源头入手,研究不同矿石溶出液的沉降性能,并根据研究结果,采取相应措施,使晶种沉降槽溢流浮游物基本得到有效控制,对生产有一定的指导意义。
There are many factors affecting the level of suspended material in seed settling tank during the two-stage seed decomposition process in an alumina plant. In this paper, the sedimentation properties of different ore digested pulp are studied through experiments, focusing on the source of ore. According to the research results, corresponding measures are taken to control the overflow of suspended material in seed settling tank, it has certain guiding significance for production.
