综合性护理在预防前列腺术后膀胱痉挛中的效果观察

摘要
目的探究综合性护理对前列腺电切术患者术后预防膀胱痉挛的效果。方法在我院2017年1月—2018年3月收治的进行前列腺电切术患者中随机抽取94例,平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用综合性护理模式,对比分析两组患者的膀胱痉挛和护理满意度。结果观察组重度痉挛率2.13%低于对照组的19.15%,无痉挛率53.19%高于对照组的27.66%,其护理满意度97.87%高于对照组的82.98%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合性护理能够有效预防前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛情况,提高其护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on preventing bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 94 patients who underwent transurethral prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing mode. Bladder spasm and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The severe spasm rate of the observation group was 2.13% significantly lower than that of the control group(19.15%), the non-spasm rate was 53.19% higher than that of the control group(27.66%), and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.87% higher than that of the control group(82.98%), the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively prevent bladder spasm after prostatectomy, and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth popularizing and applying.
