摘要
根据多级、多机、不同精炼次数的生产环境,建立了考虑机器分配和时间安排的非线性规划模型,提出了一种混合智能优化调度方法,包括专家系统分配、基于人机交互的邻域搜索和基于模型转换的时间优化。最后,将该调度方法成功地应用于某大型钢铁厂。应用结果表明,该方法能明显缩短钢水的冗余等待时间,提高设备的负荷率。
According to the production environment of multi-stage, multi-machine and different refining times, a nonlinear programming model considering machine allocation and time arrangement is established, and a hybrid intelligent optimal scheduling method is proposed,including expert system allocation, neighborhood search based on human-machine interaction and time optimization based on model transformation. Finally, the method is successfully applied to a large steel plant.The application results show that this method can shorten the redundant waiting time of molten steel and improve the load rate of equipment.
