摘要

目的:探讨儿科门诊应用静脉留置针和普通头皮针输液的效果。方法:选择儿科门诊静脉输液患儿300例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用普通头皮针穿刺输液,试验组采用静脉留置针穿刺输液,比较两组效果。结果:试验组首次穿刺成功率、并发症发生率和满意度均明显优对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿科门诊应用静脉留置针,能明显减少并发症发生,增加首次穿刺成功率和家长满意度。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous indwelling needle and ordinary scalp needle infusion in pediatric clinic.Methods:300 cases treated with intravenous infusion in pediatric clinic were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with ordinary scalp needle puncture infusion.The experimental group was treated with intravenous indwelling needle puncture infusion.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the first puncture success rate,the incidence of complications and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the outpatient department of pediatrics,the use of intravenous indwelling needle can significantly reduce complications,increase the success rate of first puncture and parental satisfaction.
