静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析静脉留置针在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月收治的患儿96例,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组给予常规穿刺,研究组给予静脉留置针穿刺,并给予临床护理。比较两组患儿的效果及并发症发生情况。结果研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组穿刺技术、输液情况、健康教育评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理中应用静脉留置针,可消除穿刺恐惧感,减少穿刺频率,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of venous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing.Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,96 cases of children were divided into two groups.The control group of 48 cases were given conventional puncture,the study group of 48 cases were given intravenous indwelling needle puncture,and give clinical care,the effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the puncture technique,the transfusion condition and the health education score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing can eliminate the sense of fear,reduce the puncture frequency,and improve the quality of nursing.
