有关“救星同胞”问题的伦理思考

摘要
"救星同胞"是父母选择再生育另一个孩子来拯救自己患病的孩子,这类案例在我国已屡见不鲜。尽管"救星同胞"的产生开拓了人们新的视野,为患病孩子、父母及家庭带来了希望,但由此引发的相关伦理学问题引发了巨大争议。通过从父母、"救星同胞"和患病孩子几个角度分别展开阐述,详细探讨了面对"救星同胞"问题时可能遇到的医学伦理问题,并提出了理论和实践指导,以期为完善我国对"救星同胞"问题的立法、制定可行性规范提供借鉴。
The saviour sibling is referred to giving birth to a child who is used to cure his or her ill sibling.There is no doubt that saviour sibling brings tremendous hope to sick child,his or her parents and their family,but it also raises many ethical problems.By analyzing the ethical issues that may come up with saviour sibling,this paper provided a philosophical critique of the moral status of parents,saviour sibling and the ill child,as well as proposing the guidance for the future research and practice of savior sibling,aiming at making suggestions on legislation and guidelines of saviour sibling.
