摘要

教育股份制是我国教育体制改革适应市场经济发展的新尝试,其既有企业股份制的基本特点,又有特殊性。九州学院在推进教育股份制改革进程中始终坚持公益性办学,教育股份制改革解决了资金来源,凝聚了教育教学专门人才,推动了办学机制和管理体制改革,实现了公益性对资本逐利性的超越。
        Education share-holding system is a new attempt of our national education system reform,which can adapt to the development of market economy. It has both the basic characteristics of joint-stock cooperative system enterprise and its special features. Jiu Zhou Polytechnic always adheres to the public welfare education in the process of promoting the education share-holding system reform.This reform has injected a new vigor for the school's development and achieved such outstanding achivements as solving the funding sources,condensing the education teaching staff. promoting the reform of the education mechanism and management system and realizing the transcendence of public welfare to the profit-driven capital.
