摘要

中小户型住宅在当今房价持续上涨的趋势下就成为了大多数人的住宅首选,但是由于其面积有限,对空间收纳具有局限性,不能满足一定的住房需求。本文基于高房价的社会现状,通过对中小户型住宅及其收纳空间进行分析,从中小户型住宅的整体空间布局、相关心理行为理论及环保安全三方面入手阐述适其应用原则,为中小户型住宅收纳空间的合理化应用提供理论借鉴与参照。
        With the house prices rising continuously in the current, small and medium-sized residence become the best alternative of the majority. However, due to the size limitations, small and medium-sized residence has certain limitations in its storage space and fails to meet the housing demands to some extent. Considering the current social situation with high house prices, this paper carries out analysis of the small and medium sized residence about its storage space. It elaborates its applicative principle from perspective of the whole spatial layout of small and medium sized residence, the relevant theories of psychological behaviors and environmental protection safety so as to provide theoretical references for the reasonable usage of the storage space of small and medium sized residence.
