电网抽水蓄能电站优化运行研究

摘要
广州抽水蓄能电站和惠州抽水蓄能电站开停机计划不够合理,导致两个蓄能电站不能均衡使用。针对此问题,提出运用回归分析预测法对每个电站的日抽水量进行预测,并在日负荷曲线上采用加速变步长算法确定两个电站的调度方案,据此得到两个蓄能电站的工作位置。避免了机组的频繁启停,使其能够更好地发挥调峰填谷、调频、调压、事故备用等功能。
        The start-stop plans of Guangzhou pumped storage power station and Huizhou pumped storage power station are not reasonable, resulting in the unbalanced use of the two stations. For this, accelerated variable step size algorithm was applied to determine the scheduling scheme of the two power plants based on the daily load curve and regression analysis forecasting method was used to predict the daily pumping capacity of each power station. Under such circumstances, location of the two pumped storage power stations could be reasonably arranged avoiding frequent start and stop of the unit, making it able to play a better role in peak shaving and valley filling, frequency and voltage regulating and acting as an alternate power source.
