摘要
某黄金冶炼厂采用焙烧—酸浸—氰化浸出工艺处理含铜金精矿。针对金、银浸出率偏低的情况,进行了工艺条件优化。通过单因素对比试验,考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、酸浸酸度、酸浸时间和矿物粒度对金、银浸出率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为1 h,酸浸酸度为25 g/L,酸浸时间为1 h,-0.074 mm含量占90%的条件下,进行氰化浸出,金、银浸出率分别达到97.13%和67.56%,分别提高了6.87%和14.80%,取得了良好的工艺指标。
        Roasting-acid leaching-cyanide leaching process was used to treat a gold concentrate containing copper.According to the low leaching rate of gold and silver,the technological conditions were optimized.The effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,acid leaching acidity,acid leaching time and mineral particle size on leaching rate of gold and silver were investigated by single factor comparative test.The results showed that under the conditions of roasting temperature of 650 ℃,roasting time was 1 h,acid dipping acidity was 25 g/L,acid leaching time was 1 h and -0.074 mm content was 90%,the leaching rate of gold and silver reached 97.13% and 67.56%respectively,the leaching rate of gold and silver increased by 6.87% and 14.80% respectively,better technological indexes had been obtained.
