NDRG1、LDH-5和PTEN在左半结直肠癌中的表达及临床病理意义

摘要
<正>目前,左半结直肠癌的发病率位居恶性肿瘤第三位,且大多数结直肠癌患者为中晚期,严重威胁患者的健康~([1])。因此,探究与左半结直肠癌发生、发展及预后相关的分子标志物有着重要意义。分化相关基因(N-myc downstream gene 1,NDRG1)能够被缺氧等多种病理因素刺激诱导表达,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖转移~([2])。乳酸脱氢酶5(lactate dehydrogenase-5,LDH-5)在缺氧的微环境及肿瘤细胞质内大量葡萄糖的刺激下大量的
