曹烨民扶阳固本法为主治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎经验

摘要
介绍曹烨民主任治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床经验。认为素体阳虚、外邪乘袭为本病基本病机,治疗须以扶阳固本之法贯穿始终,强调分期辨治,即急性期祛邪为先、稳定期清补并用。临床常以麻黄附子细辛汤为基础方,随症加减。并附验案1则。
This paper introduced Cao Yemin's clinical experience in treating thromboangiitis obliterans. He considers yang-deficiency in constitution and exogenous pathogenic factors invasion as the basic pathogenesis of this disease,and points out that the method of strengthening yang and consolidating body resistance should be applied throughout the treatment. He emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment by stages,which means eliminating pathogenic factors first in acute stage and combination of clearing and supplementing in stable stage. Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction is usually taken as the basic prescription in clinic and modified according to symptoms. One proven case was presented.
