摘要
目的:通过测定山银花特征成分灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙与川续断皂苷乙,对小儿咳喘灵颗粒中金银花原料是否掺、混山银花进行筛查。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法对小儿咳喘灵颗粒制剂中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙与川续断皂苷乙进行初筛及定量,对阳性样品进一步用液质联用色谱仪确证。结果:5批次"小儿咳喘灵颗粒"制剂中,2批次检出灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙与川续断皂苷乙,其目标峰一级质谱、二级质谱均与相应对照试剂相同。结论:应加强对目前市场上金银花质量的监管,并延伸到含金银花的中药制剂,杜绝掺、混山银花等现象发生。
        Objective: To check whether the Jinyin Hua mixed in the Xiaoer Kechuan Ling granules(小儿咳喘灵颗粒), through the determination of characteristics in Shanyinhua(山银花) component Macranthoidin B and Dipsacoside B. Methods: The supernatant liquid chromatography was used to screen and quantify the Macranthoidin B and Dipsacoside B, and the positive samples were further confirmed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS). Results: Among 5 batches of the Xiaoer Kechuanling granules, the 2 batches were detected have the characteristic components of Shanyinhua, the target peaks have been verified by LC-MS, which were associated with the same of Macranthoidin B and Dipsacoside B. Conclusion: We should strengthen the supervision on the market quality of Jinyinhua(金银花),and extends to TCM medicine containing Jinyinhua, to avoid mixing.
