VLOOKUP函数在医院住院报告撰写中的应用

摘要
目的当前住院享受综合医疗保健服务的人群日益增多,住院报告的撰写量随之增大。为提高住院报告撰写效率,不影响住院报告质量,该研究利用计算机软件Excel中的VLOOK-UP函数,辅助主诊医师撰写报告,以提高其工作效率。方法该研究利用华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院老年病科历年来保存的住院患者病种数据库,建立"疾病诊断""诊断依据""防治意见"模块。运用Office办公软件Excel中的VLOOKUP函数,将三个模块建立关联。根据当前住院患者检查的阳性发现,录入"疾病诊断",将自动关联出"诊断依据""防治意见"等详细诊治信息。再将所有诊治信息编辑整理,最终形成完整的住院报告。结果将VLOOKUP函数与传统撰写方法进行对比,发现在完成报告核心部分用时方面,使用VLOOKUP函数,每份报告核心部分平均用时在(117.2±5.45)s,明显低于传统方法的(203.2±16.77)s(P<0.001);在鼠标操作频率方面,使用VLOOKUP函数,每份报告核心部分平均鼠标操作频率在(22.8±3.63)次,明显低于传统方法的(102.6±16.35)次(P<0.001)。结论应用VLOOKUP函数,能大大提高住院报告撰写效率而不影响其质量,具有方便、快捷、准确等特点。VLOOKUP函数在医院住院报告撰写中的应用值得推广。
Objective With the increasing amount of inpatients receiving VIP health care,the number of inpatient reports is increasing.In order to improve the efficiency of inpatient report writing without affecting the quality of inpatient report,this study used the VLOOKUP function technology in Excel,a computer software,to assist the attending physicians to write the report,so as to improve their work efficiency.Methods This study used the database of inpatients kept in our department over the years to establish the modules of " disease diagnosis", " diagnostic basis" and "prevention and treatment advice".The three modules are related by using VLOOKUP function technology in EXCEL.According to the positive findings of the current inpatient examination,the "disease diagnosis" will be recorded and the detailed diagnosis and treatment information such as "diagnosis basis" and "prevention and treatment advice" will be automatically correlated.Then,all the information of diagnosis and treatment were edited to form a complete report of hospitalization.Result Compared with traditional writing methods,we found that by using VLOOKUP function technology,the average time available in each report of the core part,which is(117.2±5.45)seconds,is significantly lower than the traditional method of(203.2±16.77)seconds(P<0.001).In terms of mouse operation frequency,when using the VLOOKUP function technique,the average mouse operation frequency of the core part of each report was(22.8±3.63)times,which was significantly lower than the traditional method of(102.6±16.35)times(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of VLOOKUP function,which is convenient,time-saving and accurate,could greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the writing in inpatient reports.The application of VLOOKUP function in writing of inpatient reports is worth being promoted.
