摘要
飞机零件工艺数模设计效率直接影响飞机数字化制造周期,提高零件工艺数模设计效率是数字化制造中急需解决的问题之一。通过分析零件展开工艺数模理论,充分利用CATIA/CAA开发平台优势,开展了飞机框肋类零件快速展开工艺数模技术研究,研发了一套系统适用于复杂框肋类零件展开工艺数模快速设计软件,并以实例进行了验证。介绍了系统的设计流程以及关键技术。该系统保证了展开信息的准确性,提高了工艺稳定性,满足了质量需求,缩短了制造周期,在实际生产应用中有着重要作用。
The efficiency of process model design for aircraft component directly affects the cycle of digital manufacturing. It is one of the urgent problems to improve the efficiency of process model design for component in digital manufacturing. By analyzing the theory of process model for component development and making full use of the advantages of CATIA/CAA development platform,the research on the technology of process model for aircraft sheet metal component rapid development was carried out. A set of system was introduced in this paper,which is suitable for the software for rapid design on process model for complex sheet metal component development. An example was given to illustrate the development of the component. The process of designing and key technologies are also introduced. The system ensures the accuracy of the information,improves the process stability,and meets the requirements of quality. What is more,it shortens the manufacturing cycle,which plays an important role in the actual production application.
